State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company; Private Passenger and Commercial Automobile Rate Filing

   On April 4, 1996, the Insurance Department received from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for Private Passenger and Commercial Automobile Insurance.

   The company requests an overall 0.0% increase, amounting to $301,900 annually, to be effective July 1, 1996.

   Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 3, 1996, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

   Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.

   Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Solomon Francis, Actuary, Insurance Department, Office of Rate and Policy Regulation, Bureau of Property and Casualty Insurance, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, within 30 days of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
