   The receiving stream is classified for the following uses:  cold water fishery, aquatic life, water supply and recreation.

   For the purpose of evaluating effluent requirements for TDS, NO2-NO3, fluoride and phenolics, the existing downstream potable water supply (PWS) considered during the evaluation is the Pottstown Water Authority located on the Schuylkill River.

   The proposed amendment involves revising the color limits from 100 Platinum-Cobalt Units as a monthly average to 150 Platinum-Cobalt Units as a monthly average in accordance with the recent decision by the Delaware River Basin Commission. All other permit limits and conditions remain the same.

   The EPA waiver is not in effect.
