   The following effluent limitations are proposed for discharge to the receiving waters, Stony Creek, classified as a warm water fishery with existing and/or potential uses for aquatic life, water supply and recreation. The first existing/proposed downstream potable water supply (PWS) is the City of East Liverpool Ohio's intake on the Ohio River, over 15 miles below the discharge point.
