   A-212285 F0040.  Pennsylvania-American Water Company and County of Lackawanna. Joint application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company and the County of Lackawanna whereby the County will transfer its facility and assets known as Lackawanna County Water System at Montage, to Pennsylvania-American Water Company.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before August 18, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
