   The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:


Lehigh County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #3908

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within the Borough of Macungie.

Proposals due:  September 19, 1997 at 12 noon

Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within a shopping center environment. Storeroom should be conveniently located to serve both Girard and Fairview.
