   A-212285, F0044.  Pennsylvania-American Water Company. Application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company for approval of the right to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in additional portions of Newberry Township, York County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before November 10, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
