   A-211110F2000.  The Grandview Water Company. Application of The Grandview Water Company for approval of the abandonment in whole of the service provided by it to 141 customers in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, PA and transfer of this service to South Whitehall Township.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 17, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant:  Grandview Water Company, 3009 Fairmount Street, Allentown, PA 18105, By and Through Counsel:  Emil W. Kantra II, Esquire, Kellar and Kantra, 34 South Fifth Street, P. O. Box 4127, Allentown, PA 18105.
