LEGISLATIVE REFERENCE BUREAU

Documents Filed But Not Published

   The Legislative Reference Bureau accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no such documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution #CB-97-294, Dated, November 12, 1997. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a collective bargaining agreement with the Pennsylvania State Troopers Association; the agreement encompasses approximately 4,068 employes in the L1 bargaining unit.

   Resolution #CB-97-300, Dated, November 12, 1997. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into side letters with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Pennsylvania Social Services Union (PSSU), Pennsylvania Nurses Association (PNA), Correctional Institution Vocational Education Association (CIVEA), Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA), Independent State Store Union (ISSU), United Plant Guard Workers of America (UPGWA), Federation of State Cultural and Educational Professionals (FOSCEP), Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Enforcement Officers 3 (EOIII), and Commonwealth Bar Association (CBA), these side letters and the Collective Bargaining Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding entered into with these unions to remove language that states that cash payments provided in the Salaries Articles/Recommendations ''will require neither employe nor employer retirement contributions, nor will these payments be considered compensation for the calculation of retirement benefits.''

   Resolution #CB-97-302 Dated, November 12, 1997. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a side letter of agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME). This agreement provides for pay rate increase of 20¢ per hour effective July 1, 1997, 20¢ per hour effective July 1, 1998, and 20¢ per hour effective July 1, 1999, for employes covered by the Temporary Pool Employe Agreement.
