017 The contractor shall be responsible for activities in four areas. First, the contract provides for ongoing applied and policy research consultation and support. Second, the contract provides BCS with support in the design, development and operation of the Consumer Services Information System. This includes an extensive report analysis and formatting capability that allows the Bureau of Consumer Services to obtain a variety of reports and analysis in a short time frame. Third, the contract provides data base management, analysis and reporting for the evaluation of the Low Income Usage Reduction Program. A fourth function the contract provides is support to the Office of Communication for the PUC's Consumer Education Program.
