   A-310200 F0002; A-311350 F0002; A-310222 F0002; A-310291 F0003. Bell Atlantic Corporation and GTE Corporation. Joint Application of Bell Atlantic Corporation and GTE Corporation for approval of agreement and plan of merger which will result in GTE becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bell Atlantic.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before November 9, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
