Appeal of Hrivnak Motor Company under the Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act; Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund; Doc. No. UT99-07-006

   A hearing shall occur on January 26, 2000 at 9:30 a.m. and, if additional time is required, shall continue on January 27, 2000 at 9:30 a.m. in the Administrative Hearings Office, Room 200, Capitol Associates Building, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Motions preliminary to those at hearing, if any, must be filed on or before January 10, 2000 with the Docket Clerk, Administrative Hearings Office, Room 200, Capitol Associates Building, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Answers to motions, if any, shall be filed on or before January 20, 2000.

   On or before January 12, 2000, the parties shall exchange all expert reports and provide a copy of each report to the Administrative Hearings Office, Room 200, Capitol Associates Building, 901 North 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. On or before January 19, 2000 the parties shall file joint stipulations, if any, of facts and documents with the Administrative Hearings Office, Room 200, Capitol Associates Building, 901 North 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Said stipulation shall be signed by counsel for both parties.

   A written request for continuance of the scheduled Prehearing/Settlement Telephone Conference, for good cause will be considered by the Presiding Officer. Prior to requesting a continuance, a party must contact the opposing party. All continuance requests must indicate whether the opposing party objects to a continuance.
