   A-210075F2001. Eagle Rock Utility Corp. Application of Eagle Rock Utility Corp. for approval of abandonment or discontinuance of water service, in whole or in part, and the transfer of all tangible and intangible property used in the public service to Eagle Rock development in portions of Hazle and Black Creek townships in Luzerne County and North and East Union townships in Schuylkill County.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before March 8, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
