   A-212285F0072. Pennsylvania-American Water Company and West Decatur Authority. Application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company and West Decatur Authority for approval of (1) the transfer by sale of the waterworks property and rights of the West Decatur Authority Water Systems to Pennsylvania-American Water Company, and (2) the right of Pennsylvania-American Water Company to begin to offer or furnish water service to the public in additional portions of Boggs Township and Decatur Township, Clearfield County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before April 24, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
