Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Dauphin County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #2215, 55 The Point Shopping Center, Harrisburg, PA 17111.

Lease Expiration Date:  October 31, 2000

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 9,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space along Union Deposit Road between Progress Avenue to the West and East Park Drive to the East.

Proposals due:  May 12, 2000 at 12 noon
