   The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution # CB-00-157, Dated June 22, 2000. Authorizes the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth and AFSCME, Game Act 111 bargaining unit.

   Resolution # CB-00-158, Dated June 27, 2000. Approves the side letter with AFSCME that amends the AFSCME Master Agreement, Appendix H, Maintenance and Trades. This side letter provides employees in the Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services who are required to travel at least 15 miles from their normal work site, with an out of pocket lunch reimbursement of $3.50 including sales tax, provided they are required to remain away from their normal work site during their lunch period.

   Resolution # CB-00-159, Dated June 27, 2000. Authorizes the side letter to change the starting rate for Special Education Advisory class from Step 1 to Step 4 of Pay Range 9. In addition, effective the first day of the first full pay period following 4/17/2000, all employees in the above classification who are below Step 4 will have their salaries adjusted to Step 4 of Pay Range 9.
