   A-230034F2000.  Delaware Valley Utilities, Inc. Application of Delaware Valley Utilities, Inc., for approval of the sale of assets to the Municipal Authority of the Township of Westfall and for approval of the surrender and cancellation of the applicant's certificate of public convenience concerning the provision of sewer service to the public in portions of Westfall Township, Pike County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before January 31, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
