   A-212285 F0075.  Pennsylvania-American Water Company. Application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company for approval of 1) the Transfer by Sale of the Water Works Property and Rights of the T.O.W. Associates Water System, to Pennsylvania-American Water Company, and 2) the Rights of Pennsylvania-American Water Company to begin to offer or furnish water service to the public in portions of Jackson Township, Butler County.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before September 5, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
