   R-00005030. PECO Energy Company.  Application of PECO Energy Company for Issuance of a Qualified Rate Order under section 2812 of the Public Utility Code.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 7, 2000 under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
