   A-110500 F0294. PP&L, Inc.  Application of PP&L, Inc., for approval of the transfer of the CEP Group's 100% stock ownership of CEP Commerce, Inc., to PP&L, Inc.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 7, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
