Joint Application of Metropolitan Edison Company, Pennsylvania Electric Company, PECO Energy Company and PPL Electric Utilities Corporation, for approval of the Sale of Certain Assets, and the Lease of Certain Premises, to PJM Interconnection, L.L.C.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before November 6, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
