   A-110300 F0094.  Metropolitan Edison Company. Application of Metropolitan Edison Company for approval of the transfer, by sale, to FritoLay, Inc., of certain electric facilities located in the Township of West Manchester, County of York, Pennsylvania.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before December 11, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
