Conseco Senior Health Insurance Company

   Conseco Senior Health Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase its premium 20.0% for the comprehensive Long Term Care policy form ATL-LTC-3 and associated riders. The average premium will increase from $1,061 to $1,273 and will affect 1,948 Commonwealth policyholders.

   Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg.

   Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Laverty, Actuary, Insurance Department, Accident and Health Bureau, Office of Rate and Policy Regulation, 1311 StrawberrySquare, Harrisburg, PA 17120, within 30 days of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
