   A-00117607.  New Freedom Borough Council. Application of the New Freedom Borough Council for approval of the construction of a new crossing, at-grade, across a track of Stewartstown Railroad Company and the tracks owned by county of York, operated on by Northern Central Railway Company, located in the borough of New Freedom in York County.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held Tuesday, August 28, 2001, at 10 a.m. in Hearing Room 2, Plaza Level, Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
