Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:


Allegheny County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #0299, Penn Hills Shopping Center, 11663 Penn Hills Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15235-3329.

Lease Expiration Date:  January 31, 2007

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 6,200 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within a 1/4 mile from the Rodi and Frankstown Road intersection, Penn Hills. Off-street parking and good loading facilities are preferred.

Proposals due:  December 7, 2001, at 12 noon.
