   A-212600F0007. Consumers Pennsylvania Water Company-Roaring Creek Division. Application of Consumers Pennsylvania Water Company-Roaring Creek Division, for approval of 1) the transfer by sale of the water supply system assets of White Haven Municipal Authority to Consumers; and 2) the right of Consumers to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in the Borough of White Haven and in a portion of Dennison Township in Luzerne County and a portion of Kidder Township in Carbon County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before December 3, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

Applicant: Consumers Pennsylvania Water Company-Roaring Creek Division.
