   A-210460 F2000. Citizens Water Company of Confluence and the Confluence Borough Municipal Authority. Application of Citizens Water Company of Confluence and the Confluence Borough Municipal Authority for approval of the transfer by sale of the property and rights of Citizens Water Company of Confluence to the Confluence Borough Municipal Authority, and for the abandonment by Citizens Water Company of Confluence of all water service to the public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265,Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 20, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant:  Citizens Water Company of Confluence.
