During construction, to construct and maintain two noncurrent temporary crossings, each consisting of four 24-inch diameter pipes in Turtle Creek (TSF), SR 0022, Station 4+577 (Murrysville, PA Quadrangle N: 8.0 inches; W: 3.8 inches).
(14) To place and maintain fill in 0.25 acres of wetland (0.06 acre PEM; 0.06 acre PEM/PSS; 0.07 acre PEM/PSS/PFO; and 0.06 acre PEM/POW). The wetlands will be replaced at a 1:1 ratio at the Turtle Creek Watershed Association's Borland Farm Road AMD Treatment Project.

Dougherty and Lehman NPDES-CAFO Permit Applications
Limestone Township, Lycoming CountyThe Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is cancelling, until further notice, the public meeting/public hearing, originally scheduled for September 5, 2002, at the Jersey Shore Area High School auditorium. The original purpose of the hearing was to discuss two separate National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) General Permit applications for facilities proposed in Limestone Township, Lycoming County. The two applicants are: (1) Charles L. and Michelle L. Dougherty: and (2) Michael V. and Dorothea A. Lehman. The meeting/hearing has been cancelled because the Department has determined that it will be necessary for the applicants to submit Individual NPDES application packages, rather than Notices of Intent to be covered under the General NPDES permit. It will also be required that Water Quality Management permit applications be submitted for the proposed manure storage facilities. A meeting/hearing may be re-scheduled, after the Department receives the new application packages. Notice of any rescheduled meeting/hearing will be announced in this Pennsylvania Bulletin.
