   A-212070F0004. The Newtown Artesian Water Company. Application of The Newtown Artesian Water Company for approval of the right to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in a portion of Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA, north of the Upper Makefield Township line and west of Creamery Road.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before October 15, 2002, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant: The Newtown Artesian Water Company
