   A hearing is scheduled for November 25, 2002, at 9 a.m. in the Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.

   On or before November 13, 2002, a joint stipulation of facts must be filed with the Administrative Hearings Office. On or before November 15, 2002, each party shall file with the Administrative Hearings Office a prehearing statement which shall contain: (1) a statement of contended facts; (2) names and addresses of witnesses along with the specialties of experts to be called; (3) a list of documents to be used at the hearing; (4) special evidentiary or other legal issues; and (5) the estimated time for that party's case. Contemporaneously with service of the prehearing statement on the opposing party, each party shall supply the other with a copy of any report generated by an expert witness designated on the prehearing statement. Any report subsequently received from a party's expert witness prior to hearing shall be supplied to the other party within 2 business days. Copies of expert reports need not be filed with the Administrative Hearings Office.

   Both parties shall appear at the scheduled hearing prepared to offer all relevant testimony or other evidence. Each party must bring documents, witnesses and any other items necessary to support the party's case. A party intending to offer documents or photographs into evidence shall bring enough copies for the record and for each opposing party.

   Any counsel who has not yet entered an appearance on behalf of a party must file an entry of appearance with the Administrative Hearings Office on or before November 13, 2002.
