PENNSYLVANIA PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION

Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

   The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Publication of this notice shall be considered as sufficient notice to all carriers holding authority from the Commission. Applications will be considered without hearing in the absence of protests to the application. Protests to the applications published herein are due on or before February 25, 2002, as set forth in 52 Pa. Code § 3.381 (relating to applications for transportation of property and persons). The protest shall also indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application or the permanent application or both.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

   A-00118469, F.2. Sylvia Rose Boronski (P. O. Box 13314, Reading, Berks County, PA 19604)--persons in paratransit service, between points in the county of Berks, and from points in said county, to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa.

   A-00118553. Mygeopy Express, Inc. t/d/b/a Mygeopy (2648 East Cambria Street, Philadelphia, PA 19134), a corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania--persons in airport transfer service, from points in the counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia, to airports located in Pennsylvania.

Application of the following for amendment to the certificate of public convenience approving the operation of motor vehicles as common carriers for transportation of household goods in use as described under the application.

   A-00106548, F.1, AM-F.  Debo Moving and Storage, Inc. (1508 B Street West, Baden, Beaver County, PA 15005), a corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, inter alia--household goods in use, between points in the borough of Ambridge, Beaver County, and within an airline distance of 10 miles thereof, including the townships of Harmony and Economy, Beaver County, and from points in said area, to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa: So As to Permit the transportation of household goods in use, between points in the county of Mercer, and from points in said county, to points in Pennsylvania, and vice versa. Application of the following for the approval of the transfer of stock as described under the application.

   A-00100147, F.5000.  Edenfield Stages, Inc. (50 West Main Street, Box 116, New Salem, Fayette County, PA 15468) , a corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania--stock transfer--5,000 shares from Wayne Edenfield (2,500 shares) and Marling Edenfield (2,500 shares) to Donald D.
