   A-00110220. Department of Transportation. Application of the Department of Transportation for approval of the alteration of the crossing where State Route 1005 (Eagle Road) crosses above three tracks of Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority's Norristown High Speed Line in Haverford Township, Delaware County, and exemption from the minimum overhead and side clearance requirements of 52 Pa. Code Chapter 33, Subchapter C (relating to clearances) and the allocation of costs and expenses incident thereto.

   An initial hearing on this matter will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2003, at 10 a.m. in an available hearing room, in the Philadelphia State Office Building, Broad and Spring Garden Streets, Philadelphia, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
