2005-RSSE The Pennsylvania Department of Education will release the Request for Proposals for the 2005 Regional Summer Schools of Excellence (RSSE) program on Wednesday, September 1, 2004. The RSSE programs must target gifted and/or talented youth in elementary, middle and/or secondary levels. They must be enrichment programs offering curriculum activities not ordinarily available in local schools during the year. The programs may concentrate on a single discipline, an integration of discipline, or be multidisciplinary in scope.
