   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Dauphin County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe # 2208, Uptown Plaza, 2943 N. 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

Lease Expiration Date: September 30, 2005

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,300 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within the area bordered by Division Street to the south and Interstate 81 to the north in the City of Harrisburg.
