Title 249--PHILADELPHIA RULES

PHILADELPHIA COUNTY

Amendment of Local Rule 1920.51(f)(3)(x) and (xi); Family Court Administrative Regulation No. 05-02

   Effective immediately, Rule 1920.51(f)(3)(x) and (xi) are amended to provide as follows:

   (x)  Either party may within twenty (20) days after the mailing date of the Master's report and proposed Order, file with the Clerk of Family Court a Praecipe for a trial de novo by a Judge, and shall forthwith serve time-stamped copies thereof on the opposing counsel of record or unrepresented party, [Clerk of the Family Court], and the Permanent Master. The case thereafter shall be listed before a Judge for a full evidentiary hearing.

   (xi)  In the event there is no demand for a trial filed within twenty (20) days following mailing of the Report and proposed Order of the Permanent Master, such Report and proposed Order shall be submitted to the Court for approval and entry of a Decree.
