   On September 19, 2005, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Inter-County Health Plan, Inc. a filing requesting an overall rate increase of 20.9%.

   This increase will produce approximately $362,280 annually of additional income. The proposed effective date is January 1, 2006, and will impact 2,500 subscribers.

   Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to December 14, 2005, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

   Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional office in Harrisburg.
