   A-212285F0129 and A-212490F2001. Pennsylvania-American Water Company and Redstone Water Company. Joint application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company and Redstone Water Company (Redstone) for approval of: 1) the transfer, by sale, of the water works property and rights of Redstone in the systems (or divisions) commonly known as Crescent Heights Water System and the Allison I and II Water Systems; 2) the right of Pennsylvania-American Water Company to begin to offer service to the public in the Crescent Heights and Allison service areas consisting of additional portions of Washington and Fayette Counties; and 3) the abandonment or discontinuance by Redstone of water service in the Crescent Heights and Allison service areas of Washington and Fayette Counties.

   Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before March 27, 2006. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the applicant's business address.
