   By this notice, published under 55 Pa. Code § 1187.21a(e)(4) (relating to nursing facility exception requests--statement of policy), the Department of Public Welfare (Department) announces the 2006 Group One Exception Requests covering the submission period of January 1, 2006, through June 30, 2006.

Public Comment

   Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding this notice to Gail Weidman, Department of Public Welfare, P. O. Box 2675, Harrisburg, PA 17105. Comments received within 30 days will be reviewed and considered for any subsequent revision of the notice.
