On September 16, 2005, Patrick Neill Boyle, D.D.S., license no. DS-030949-L, of Monaca, Beaver County was suspended from the practice of dentistry for a period of no less than 5 years, based on his violation of the terms of his probation imposed by a previous order of the State Board of Dentistry (Board). Patrick Neill Boyle, D.D.S. last practiced in Mount Lebanon, Allegheny County.

This adjudication and order represent the Board's final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by filing a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of the petition for review.
