   BOGM 07-5, Cleaning out and plugging seven abandoned and orphan gas wells (Thomas H. Coffey and Robin L. Brown, Harborcreek Township, Rent-A-Center, Heller Group, Mr. and Mrs. John Martin and The Erie Federal Credit Union Properties), Lake City, City of Erie, Millcreek and Harborcreek Townships, Erie County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include cleaning out and plugging seven abandoned gas wells, estimated to be 800 feet each in depth, to Department of Environmental Protection specifications, preparing and restoring well sites and mobilizing and demobilizing plugging equipment. This project issues on August 10, 2007, and bids will be opened on September 11, 2007, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received.
