Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

   The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by July 7, 2008. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

   A-2008-2037121. Louis S. Yoder (40 Green Lane, Belleville, Mifflin County, PA 17004)--persons, in paratransit service, from points in the County of Mifflin, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; limited to the transportation of persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles.

   A-2008-2042180. All Care Ambulette and Car Services, Inc. (140 Fox Ridge Drive, Nazareth, Northampton County, PA 18064), a corporation of the Commonwealth--to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service from points in the Counties of Northampton and Lehigh, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

   A-2008-2042250. Gregory S. Miller, t/a All Around Transportation Services (511 Carnahan Road, Avonmore, Westmoreland County, PA 15618), persons, in limousine service, from points in the Counties of Armstrong, Westmoreland, Indiana and Allegheny, to points in Pennsylvania, and return; excluding service which is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.    A-2008-2041603. Lindsay Transit, LLC (885 North Easton Road 13A1, Glenside, Montgomery County, PA 19038)--for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in City and County of Philadelphia, to all State and Federal Correctional Institutions located in Pennsylvania, and return.

   A-2008-2043255. Cumberland Goodwill Fire Rescue EMS, Inc. (P. O. Box 496, Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA 17013)--persons, in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Perry and York, to points in Pennsylvania and return.

   A-2008-2044089. Mont Alto Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 (P. O. Box 327, Mont Alto, Franklin County, PA 17237)--persons, in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Franklin, Adams, Fulton, Cumberland and Dauphin, to points in Pennsylvania and return.

Application of the following for approval of the additional right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

   A-2008-2041586. Capitol Limousine Service, Inc. (110 Third Street, Suite 200, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, PA 17070), a corporation of the Commonwealth--persons, in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in the Counties of Dauphin, York, Franklin, Perry and Cumberland, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for amendment to the certificate of public convenience approving the operation of motor vehicles as common carriers for transportation of household goods by transfer of rights as described under the application.

   A-2008-2042232. McNaughton Bros., Inc. (140 Old Route 19 Highway South, Indiana, Indiana County, PA 15701)--household goods in use, which is to be a transfer of all rights authorized under the certificate issued at A-00119133 to McNaughton Latrobe Moving, Inc., subject to the same limitations and conditions.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as contract carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

   A-2008-2041152. Safety 1st Transportation, Inc. (4817 C Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19120), a corporation of the Commonwealth--contract carrier--persons, for LogistiCare Solutions, LLC, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
