   The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PRPA) will accept proposals for Project No. 08-112.S, Port Study of Options for Dedicated Funding, until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2008. The proposal documents can be obtained from the Director of Procurement, PRPA, 3460 North Delaware Avenue, 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19134, (215) 426-2600 and will be available August 26, 2008.
