On December 17, 2007, Corinne S. Lagana, license no. RN-512979-L, of Erie, Erie County, had her professional nursing license suspended for at least 3 years, retroactive to September 12, 2007, based on findings that she is unable to practice nursing with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of addiction to alcohol or other drugs which tend to impair judgment or coordination.
Individuals may obtain a copy of the adjudication by writing to David Markowitz, Board Counsel, State Board of Nursing, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.
This adjudication and order represents the final State Board of Nursing (Board) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review. The Board contact for receiving service of the appeals is the previously-named Board counsel.
