   M-2009-2093218. Petition of West Penn Power Company for approval of its Energy Efficiency and Conservation Plan. Under the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) Order, entered January 16, 2009, an answer along with comments and recommendations addressing the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Plan are to be filed within 20 days of the publication of the notice of the filing in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public utility Commisison, P. O. Box 3265 Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265 with a copy served on the Petitioner and the Administrative Law Judge on or before August 7, 2009. The documents filed in support of the Petition are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the petitioner's business address.
