General Permit Numbers WMGR119, WMGR121 and WMGR123. A notice of proposed consolidation of the three general permits and modification of the conditions was published at 41 Pa.B. 4256 (August 6, 2011). The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is extending the public comment period by 30 days. Comments will be accepted through October 5, 2011.
The proposed permit modifications are available on the Department's web site at www.depweb.state.pa.us under the Public Participation Center, select ''Proposals Currently Open for Comment.'' Comments concerning the application should be directed to Scott E. Walters, Chief, General Permits/Beneficial Use Section, Division of Municipal and Residual Waste, Bureau of Waste Management, P. O. Public comments must be submitted by October 5, 2011, and may recommend revisions to and approval or denial of the application.
