FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION

Temporary Changes to Fishing Regulations; Tulpehocken Creek, Lebanon County

 The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 65.25 (relating to temporary changes to fishing regulations), has taken immediate action to modify temporarily fishing regulations on Tulpehocken Creek, Lebanon County. The Executive Director is imposing a no harvest, catch and immediate release only restriction on the portion of the stream from the Millardsville Road Bridge to the Richland Road Bridge, effective September 19, 2011. This restriction will remain in place until October 3, 2011.

 The Executive Director has found that this action is necessary and appropriate for the management of fish. The Executive Director will cause this temporary modification to fishing regulations to be posted in the vicinity of the stream and the modified regulation will be fully effective and enforceable when so posted.
