Aetna Health, Inc.; Changes to Experience Rating Methodology and Portfolio Rating Methodology; Rate Filing

 On December 12, 2011, Aetna Health, Inc. (HMO) submitted a filing requesting approval of a new manual rating methodology for employer groups with 51 to 100 or more eligible subscribers.

 Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to March 29, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

 Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to James Sabater, Actuary, Bureau of Accident and Health Insurance, Insurance Department, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, jsabater@pa.gov within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
