Invitation to Interested Entities to Receive Notice of Sale or Closing of Certain Manufactured Home Communities in Accordance with Act 156

 House Bill 1767 (P. L. 1267, No. 56) was signed into law on October 24, 2012, with an effective date of December 24, 2012. In response to its enactment, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) has been charged with compiling a list of interested parties to notify upon the sale or closing of manufactured home communities.

 Persons or organizations who wish to be notified of sales or closings of manufactured communities under Act 156 should provide PHFA with contact information as well as the region of interest. For more information about Act 156 and for a list of entities interested in notification as updated from time to time, see PHFA's web site at www.phfa.org.

 Information should be forwarded to Rebecca L. Peace, Chief Counsel, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, 211 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101.
