Application for Lease of Right-of-Way

 Under 67 Pa. Code § 495.4(d) (relating to application procedure), an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department of Transportation by The Butler County Transit Authority, 130 Hollywood Drive, Suite 102, Butler, PA 16001.

 The Butler County Transit Authority is seeking to lease highway right-of-way at the intersection of SR 528 / I79 in Jackson Township, Butler County containing 1.48 acres for the purpose of maintaining a park and ride.

 Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Joseph P. Dubovi, III, P.E., District Executive, Engineering District 10-0, P. O. Box 429, Indiana, PA 15701.
