Exemption from Requirements

 A study to determine if the Department of Agriculture's (Department) buildings located at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex, Harrisburg should be exempted from the requirements of section 2420 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 650) will be performed within the next 90 days. The result from this study may result in the demolition of the Department's coal-fired heating system or conversion to a fuel other than coal.
