Waiver Petition Received

 A waiver petition has been filed at Doc. No. P-13-09-08 by the following named petitioner requesting the Philadelphia Parking Authority Taxicab and Limousine Division waive the statutory requirement that a fee be paid for each protest of a transfer application and that the statutory fee for filing a waiver petition also be waived.
